Educadium was founded in 2008 by a group of dedicated teachers, trainers, and technologists with a commitment to service and support. We are privately held and managed by members of a third-generation family company based in Portland, Oregon, in the United States. Educadium’s virtual team is spread out across the world with customer support in North America. Educadium's LMS platform is used by leading nonprofits, schools and corporate trainers.

Our mission is to help individuals and organizations of all sizes create, manage, and profit from online teaching and training through easy-to-use and affordable learning management tools. 

In late 2017, Educadium was acquired by iContracts, Inc. a large software company providing comprehensive cloud based solutions in policy/contract management and now LMS administration and development. Educadium expects to launch a major new platform update in 2019.
